Letmepark.com & Peasy.com both offer online services to tie up people who have parking spaces with people who need spaces.
Virtually any space on your property suitable for car parking is allowed, you don’t need any special permit from the council and there is also tax relief on any rental money you make. All you need to do is list your space free of change on either website, and they take a % of the rental transaction.
If you think it all sounds like a lot of hassel think again. In prime locations spaces are going for up too £90 per week which is nearly £5000 per year!
