Pinging your blog
What is Pinging?
When you ping your blog, you are simply letting webcraling services know that your blog has been updated with new content and therefore worth visitng and crawling your blog to index it. Which in turn should hopefully increase your traffic to your blog. Below is a selection of services worth pinging, not this could be a labour intensive task but if you use WordPress to write your blog then its easy. In the WordPress dashboard click on the Options tab, then on the Writing tab. At the bottom of the page there is a form where you can enter the URL’s below into.
