Play.com has an everything £5 section here with dvds, books, cds, gadgets and even some t-shirts.They’ also offer free delivery which means that the price on the site really is the price you pay.There’s a pretty large range there, from The Devil wears Prada to Happy Feet, The Bourne Supremacy and Fantastic Four.Some of these have an RRP of £20-24 so once again, your gift could have cost you a lot more.

Books
The book people – lots of books under £5 for adults and kids.They do charge £3.99 p&p, BUT if you look around the internet you can often find a code for free p&p that will mean you can save paying this. At the moment they have quite a number of books in their 2 for £5 sale as well including some of the Lemony Snicket books, that normally retail around £6-7 each, so for your £5 you could get 2 books with a retail value of £12-14.

Clothes
Lots of clothes are expensive, but the under five pound shop has a good choice of items that definitely aren’t expensive, with ladies tops starting from just £1.50 and some lovely kids items from the same price.How about finding a ladies long sleeved tunic top for just £3.99 or a men’s England pajama set for £4.99.

Jewellery
Carousel Pig has a lovely mother of pearl disc necklace for £3.95, and the under five pound shop also has a selection of jewellery that sells for less than £5, or you could get something like this set of childrens animal earrings for just £2.99.Ebay is another good place to look for jewellery, I’ve picked up some lovely pieces from there including a couple of silver chains with Garnet Pendants at well under £5.Candles & other smellies

Ornaments
